Here is a quick overview of our affiliate program:

1. We will provide you your own unique link through the Hauler affiliate portal by signing up above.
2. Share your unique referral link with your customers, friends, and associates.
3. When a business signs up for Hauler using your affiliate link, you are rewarded with a 25% monthly referral fee calculated from their subscription cost; as long as they have an active account, for up to twelve months.
4. Stay up to date on all of your referral progress via email notifications and affiliate portal dashboard.

There are a few rules about our affiliate program you should know about. No “gotchas” here, just some terms to keep everyone happy.

1. A successful referral cannot be: (1) a current customer of DSQ or in the sales or lead process; or (2) a customer already registered by another referral partner.
2. Your referral must register with DSQ using your unique referral link and enter into a contract with DSQ within 1 months of your referral (i.e. a subscription must be sold within (1) month of the referral) for you to be entitled to any referral fee. DSQ has complete and final authority, and sole discretion, to determine if your referral is a “success”.
3. There is no self-dealing – can’t refer your own locations, subsidiary companies etc.
4. If DSQ enters into a contract with your referral (we have final say), and DSQ receives payment from your referral in full, we’ll make sure to pay you within 90 days of our receipt of your referral’s payment.
5. If your referred customer/location cancels their contract, you’ll get a 1-year block until you can refer that same customer/location again.
6. In the event things don’t work out (with you or your referral), we both agree to go our own ways with no questions asked.
7. Don’t create ads on website, social media, etc. related to our program posting your unique referral link – this takes away from our own marketing efforts.
8. We reserve the right to change our referral terms and guidelines related to our referral program at any time.
9. This is not a contract.  You are not our agent.
